We shall follow him then to the famous market of Carpentras, the capital of this comtat Vénaissin, papal property with it's architecture historically rich which goes back up to the Roman empire. Moreover it is the cook of the pope who left one of its specialities: the berlingot. We shall attend the opening of the market of the black truffle and Bruno will have even the honor to be inaugurated by the confrèrerie of the truffle of the Mountain Ventoux.
