El Raco de Can Fabes, San Celoni, Spain

It is at San Celoni, at the foot of Monteseny that Angel and Santi Santamarria have created so much in the family house the Raco De Can Fabes, 3 stars Michelin. Let's follow up Santi in his kitchen in Barcelona during a demonstration against the ETA, then at the foundation Tapiès, the latter has handcrafted the plates and drawn the restaurant menu, on the ramblas, at his village market or more, at the very nearby harbour.
